I found the practice environment pleasant; the waiting area feels like a converted house, so it’s
somewhat different from my previous practice, and actually far more relaxing. Parking was available,
so that is helpful, but the practice is also not far from Summertown shops and further parking
options.

Service was very, very good. I was worried, as the need for my last visit was somewhat urgent, but
the staff were very professional, constantly reassuring, and provided information to keep me
appraised of what was happening.

I simply cannot fault the manners of the team members; Kate was excellent, I regret I cannot recall
the name of her assistant, but she was similarly good. I was concerned after the procedure, but
called by your reception staff as they said they would, and able to talk to Kate who was able to
reassure me that all was going to plan. I’ve never had this sort of follow-up before, it was highly
appreciated, a real added benefit.

I would consider referring friends and family, and have done so already (I cannot confirm if they
have followed up on my recommendation). I will certainly do so again.
