From the start your friendly and super helpful reception, made me feel welcome and took their time to make it easy for me. This was the same when it came to the Dentists and their
assistants. I felt that I wasn't rushed through and that time and care over the detail was given proper attention. Everyone was super friendly and I felt quite relaxed, something that I couldn't say about some of my previous dental experiences. So, I'm looking forward to the rest of my treatment and am confident that I can expect more of the same.

Whenever I call with a query or need an appointment I am helped with care and a sense that my treatment is important. I experience this with the dentists who treat myself and my family too - without exception they are an outstanding team. I always find the staff at Oakthorpe dental professional and transparent about treatment plans. The reminders about appointments that come through via email are extremely helpful. My children enjoy coming for their appointments and each dentist and dental nurse has been great at accommodating my daughter who has complex needs.

As you know I have been a patient for 40 years! I have moved around the county during that time but have always stayed with your practice. That probably says more about what I think of you than any words. I find the practice environment very welcoming and friendly. I know the staff and they know me. The quality of service has always been excellent. I have no complaints. I find the manner of the team members – Stuart in the old days, Sarah and now Kate – to be comforting and calming even when they are doing horrid things to me. The front of office staff are great as are the nurses/dental assistants. I would happily refer anyone to you.
