• The practice environment is very welcoming, clear signage around COVID guidelines and steps. Consulting rooms were pristine. 
• Excellent service. I came to the practice having had a negative experience at another practice and being told I needed multiple very expensive procedures done. The dentist was fantastic, thorough and explained his findings and a plan of management which was very reassuring.

The practice premises were calm and pleasant, it was very helpful to be able to park just outside. 

The dentist and hygienist were professional and friendly, and gave me confidence in their judgement, while the receptionist was polite and efficient and dental assistants seemed to be doing a good job. 

I was pleased to be advised about keeping my gums and teeth clean with interstitial brushes, and also to be able to buy replacement heads for my electric toothbrush in the practice.

The surgery is clean and spacious; there is plenty of light and the waiting areas are comfortable. I have been a number of times in the past few months and have always been seen promptly and greeted in a friendly way at reception. My dentist (Seetal) is quick, with a light touch. Seetal is clear and decisive, and has a good sense of humour. Other staff I have met have been cheerful and efficient. Though I am a relatively new patient, I would happily recommend Oakthorpe Dental to others.
