The practice environment: Very pleasant and clean

Quality of service.: Excellent timing. Dentists’ check-up very short and efficient and identified no problems.  Hygienist was new to me but had read my notes and was very supportive. Additional plaque due to lack of visits over covid period was quickly dealt with. Good Advice offered on a problem with right-handed brushing. Very personable. Agreed to return to regular hygienist visits

Manner of team members: All excellent. Reception very helpful in finding old interdental system to fit my metal holder.

Have already persuaded my husband and older friend to join the practice. The latter is 94 and now leaves home rarely. except in an emergency.  He was dealt with very well.
